REGISTER YOUR CLIENTS WITH US
At Dove Creek Contracting we value our relationships with buyers’ agents. We are pleased to offer qualified agents a referral fee of 2.5% percent on the initial contract amount if your buyer signs a construction agreement with us. To qualify for the commission, you must register your client using this form and agree to comply with the criteria listed below.

List of criteria agents must comply with:
* You must initiate the introduction between DCC and your client, either by email or phone
* You must schedule the initial consultation with DCC and accompany your client on their first office meeting
* No registration will be accepted if the buyer has already visited with DCC by themself
* Phone or text registrations will not be accepted or binding
* You must be available as a liaison between DCC and your client until a design agreement is signed
* Commission will be paid at the time a construction agreement is signed
* Commission is paid on the initial contract amount
* This registration expires 60 days from submittal date, unless it is renewed by the agent and DCC
